Baguio never fails visitors who want to experience its cool breeze and sometimes freezing temperature.
But have climate anomalies around the world affected the country's undisputed favorite summer capital?
Commuters and pedestrians in Baguio's Pines Rotonda are now treated to a glacial experience that raised some curious concerns.
The city's climate is cold, alright, but the glacier sighting is quite far-fetched as in formed right smack in the middle of the city with heavy vehicle and human traffic and where the temperature is not as cold as in the mountaintops.
It's officially summer and temperature is slowly rising in the Queen City of the South but a glacier has likewise been sighted by Cebuanos at the Mango Square - again a place where vehicle and human density is high.
Glacier sightings in Baguio and Cebu and other related accounts can be found in this link.
What these glaciers mean will definitely make this summer cool!
