The Computer Manufacturers, Distributors and Dealers’ Association of the Philippines
(COMDDAP) is inviting everyone to come visit the COMDDAP 2010 Manila Expo to be held on Dec. 2-5 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
The event is an annual gathering of manufacturers and marketer s to showcase the latest in computing and computing trends to hit local shores. COMDDAP promises that the expo will have lots of activities for visitors.
One of the most widely anticipated events is the Imagen I.T. graphic design competition. The contest is open to all local digital graphic artists to showcase their talents in presenting the Philippine information technology scene. With no strict rules and specific themes to follow, participants can definitely flex their muscles and showcase their talent in the digital arts.
There will also be auctions to be joined in by a lot of participants. This is definitely a good time for tech heads, as there are a lot of great items that are expected to be auctioned up. At least two auctions are expected to be done each day for the whole duration of the event, which means there are a lot of opportunities here.
As a fun side event, the COMDDAP will also exhibit the winners in the Hunt for The Oldest PC contest. Expect an interesting trip in information technology history as eager visitors bring out bring out their rusty but trusty machines from the vault.
