Here's how
Go to DASHBORAD > SETTINGS > EMAIL AND MOBILE TAB, and ENABLE THE MOBILE TEMPLATE OPTION AND SAVE SETTINGS

NOTE: I've checked Manila Bloggers setting and the new feature isn't available. I guess we have to wait for the latest update.
